Shipping

We ship worldwide. Catalogue modules and displays dispatch from 3 weeks after order confirmation; engineered-to-order panels, optically bonded assemblies and finished kiosks are quoted with their own dispatch date. Evaluation samples are confirmed within 12 hours and dispatched according to the module and the project.

Freight is quoted per order by quantity and destination. Duties and import taxes at the destination are paid by the buyer unless the quotation says otherwise. Every shipment carries a tracking number, sent to the order email on dispatch.

Inspect the delivery on receipt and report transit damage within 5 business days to hello@stellarlcd.com.
