Analytics cookies appear only once measurement is running. If you decline, they are not set.
How the choice works
Measurement starts when you open the site, and a notice at the foot of the page tells you so. Declining switches Google Analytics off for your browser immediately and keeps it off. Either way we remember the choice for six months, then ask again.
Change your choice
This clears what we stored and shows the notice again.
Blocking cookies yourself
Every current browser can block or delete cookies for a single site from its settings. Doing so does not affect anything on this site except measurement.
