Who we are
This site, stellarlcd.com, is operated by Stellar Displays Corp, 3915 Main Street, Suite 511, Flushing, NY 11354. We are the data controller for the information described here. Write to hello@stellarlcd.com with any question about this policy.
What we collect
Two things, and nothing else.
- What you send us. When you request samples, ask for a datasheet or contact sales, we receive the work email, company name and message you enter, plus anything you attach.
- How the site is used. Pages viewed, the referring link, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type.
We do not ask for personal data beyond a business contact, and we do not buy contact lists.
Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry and to keep a record of the correspondence, and to understand which pages engineers actually use so we can improve them. We do not advertise to you, build profiles, or sell data. [TO CONFIRM with counsel: lawful basis — legitimate interest for enquiry handling, consent for analytics.]
Who else can see it
Service providers who process it on our behalf: our email provider, HubSpot (customer relationship management) and Google Analytics (site measurement). They act on our instructions. Analytics data may be processed outside your country. [TO CONFIRM: international transfer mechanism.] We disclose information to anyone else only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence: 24 months. Analytics: up to 14 months. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser for six months, then we ask again.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@stellarlcd.com and we will respond within one month. If you are in the UK or EU and are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
