Refund policy

Returns

Catalogue modules and displays can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Engineered-to-order panels, optically bonded assemblies and evaluation samples supplied against a stated application are not returnable unless they are faulty.

To start a return, email hello@stellarlcd.com with the order number and the reason. We reply within 12 hours with a return authorisation and the return address. Items sent back without an authorisation are not accepted.

Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item is faulty or was supplied in error. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of the returned item passing inspection.

Faulty or damaged items

Inspect the delivery on receipt and tell us within 5 business days if a module is damaged in transit, faulty or not the item ordered. We arrange collection, and replace or refund at our cost.

Warranty

Every module carries a one-year warranty against factory faults from the date of dispatch. Damage caused by operating a module outside its stated ambient range, by mechanical damage or by modification is not covered. Warranty claims go to hello@stellarlcd.com with the serial number and a description of the fault.
