Stellar Displays
About

An engineering company that happens to sell displays.

We develop and supply reflective LCD (RLCD) and transflective LCD (TLCD) modules, and help the teams building around them choose the right one.

We do not sell generic panels

Stellar Displays exists because reflective LCD is a specification problem before it is a purchasing one. The right panel depends on the ambient range the product lives in, the power budget, the enclosure it fits and the controller already on the board. Getting any of those wrong is expensive after tooling.

So our application engineers work on the specification with you: sizing the module, choosing between reflective and transflective, selecting the optical stack, and reviewing the result against your enclosure drawing before tooling is committed.

Three things you can expect

Specification first

We ask for the enclosure drawing, the ambient range and the power budget before we recommend a part number.

Figures with conditions

Every number we publish comes with the conditions it was measured under, or it is labelled as illustrative.

Engineers on the call

The application engineer who answers your technical question is the one who would specify the module.

Prefer an engineer to a form?

Send the requirement. An application engineer answers with a specified module and the figures behind it, not a brochure.
